Referring Attorneys

I have a relationship-based, referral-based law practice. Many of my cases are referred by other lawyers who ask me to handle the case outright, or to associate with them on the case. I enjoy working with other lawyers, who often become not only my professional colleagues, but my friends.

I have been privileged to associate with attorneys in Georgia and other states. Together we achieve the best results for our clients.

I welcome the opportunity to work with referring attorneys in any capacity, including outright referrals or co-counsel arrangements. Under Georgia’s ethics rules, a division of a fee between lawyers who are not in the same firm is allowed as long as the client is advised and consents in advance.
